Last week, it was reported that Aaron Rodgers narrowed his preferred trade destinations down to three teams: the 49ers, Raiders and Broncos. It appears that one team is emerging as his primary destination.
During an appearance with Broncos Country Tonight on iHeartRadio, Denver insider Benjamin Allbright revealed that he believes there’s a better chance than not that Rodgers ends up with the Broncos.
“I think it’s better than 50-50 that it happens, and I can tell you that I know from Rodgers’ camp that Denver is his number one destination,” he said. “His preferred destination is the Denver Broncos.”

It was last Thursday when Adam Schefter of ESPN said Rodgers had become “so disgruntled” with the organization that he no longer wants to return to the team in 2021. He has also reportedly told impending free agents that he won’t be on the team for the upcoming season either.
If there is a team who could desperately use help at QB, it’s the Denver Broncos. The team made a move this offseason by trading for QB Teddy Bridgewater in exchange for a sixth-round pick.
Broncos and the Bridgewater then reportedly agreed to a restructured one-year, $11.5 million contract that will allow him to become an unrestricted free agent in 2022.
