MLB PITCHER RIPPED JEMELE HILL OVER ROBERT KRAFT COMMENT & BEING FRIENDS WITH THE PRESIDENT (TWEETS)

It was reported a few days ago that Robert Kraft was using the Patriots team jet to bring 1.2 million N95 masks into the United States from China in an effort to help healthcare professionals.

That news garnered criticism from former ESPN host Jemele Hill.

“This is where I remind people that Robert Kraft is friends with Donald Trump and gave to his campaign. It’s incredible the Kraft family is doing this, but hope they understand their money helped empower their ‘friend’” Hill tweeted.

Logan Allen, a pitcher for the Cleveland Indians, was not thrilled to see that tweet, so he fired back at her.

“Why can’t this just be a nice gesture done by the Kraft family? People these days twist EVERYTHING. You’re part of the problem,” he wrote.

He wasn’t the only one.

Hill has made several comments in regards to Trump over the years, even referring to him as a ‘white supremacist’ when she was employed by ESPN.

She also went on to tweet, “Trump is the most ignorant, offensive president of my lifetime. His rise is a direct result of white supremacy. Period.”

Hill left ESPN in 2018 and has since been a writer at The Atlantic.
